In order to properly perform the services, we have access to your Contact Data and Your Subscriber Account Data, which are necessary for the purpose of entering into and performing the subscriber contract. Contact Data, where correspondence and the content you view is covered by telecommunications secrecy. We do not access the content of text messages, emails and messages from our software without your permission. We may process transmission data, which means data processed for the purpose of transmitting communications, including the execution of calls and delivery of content over telecommunications networks or billing for services. Data Entered and Processed in Our Software, including, but not limited to, d ata on the operation and location of subscription vehicles and mobile devices, driver identification data (name, surname), for the purpose of executing the subscription contract.
How long do we keep your data?
We keep your data for no longer than necessary to fulfill the purposes for which they were collected, unless applicable law requires us to keep them longer. The maximum period of storage of your data for billing purposes is 5 years, starting from the end of the calendar year in which the deadline for payment of tax related to the service provided has passed. This involves the expiration of the statute of limitations for tax liabilities in the territory of the Republic of Poland. After the expiration of the retention periods, your personal data will be periods, your personal data will be deleted or anonymized.

We create your customer profile in order to improve the quality of service delivery, to best match service and marketing offers to your individual needs. This allows us to efficiently diagnose possible causes of defects and failures and offer you products and services tailored to your needs, i.e. profiling.
How do we create your customer profile?
We analyze your Subscriber Account Data for the services you use. This gives us the opportunity to learn how we can improve your satisfaction with our services. Your Subscriber Account Data, Phone Data, Data Entered and Processed in Our Software. Location data of monitored vehicles Software. 4. In order to fulfill our statutory obligations.
We may be legally obliged to provide your personal data, including data covered by telecommunications secrecy, at the request of authorized services and authorities, as well as to courts and prosecutors. This data may be shared without your knowledge and consent, based on applicable laws. In such cases, Tronik always verifies the legality of the request from the services and authorities to share your data.

an individual or a partnership that is a party to a contract for the provision of services with Tronik or its subsidiaries.
Contact Data:
data you provide when entering into a subscriber contract, e.g. your name, Company name, PESEL number or ID card series and number, Tax ID number, KRS, Regon, mailing address, service location address, phone number, e-mail address.
Your Subscriber Account Data
data collected and processed during the term of the subscriber contract, including, in particular, the Subscriber ID number, payment method, bank account number, information about the service s provided, customer segment, products and services purchased through any of our sales channels, as well as details of the transaction,
information about your payment reliability (obtained from the business information bureau); This category also includes Customer Service data: requests for technical support and the data required to solve the problems that are the subject of these requests; the time and duration of the call phone request and the solution applied;

In accordance with the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation and the Telecommunications Law, you have:
a) the right to give and revoke consents
- processing of your contact data, i.e. e-mail address, phone number for the purpose of receiving marketing communications electronically to your e-mail address, text message nu mber, by phone call or through automatic calling devices;
- processing of your Contact Data. i.e. email address for the purpose of Tronik sending electronic bills;
- processing of your Contact Data, i.e., email address or phone number, for the purpose of sendin g notifications or confirmations regarding changes to the terms of the Subscriber Contract in electronic form;

b) the right to access your data, including to obtain a copy of the data being processed, including in electronic form;
c) the right to rectify (correct) your personal data if your data in our possession is inaccurate or incomplete;

- If you have concerns about the accuracy of your data;
- if you believe t hat we should not process your data, but at the same time you do not want us to delete it;

- if you have objected to the processing of your data, and it is our duty to check whether we should continue to process it. You can exercise your rights by submitting the appropriate instruction via snail mail, e-mail. Tronik Sp. z o.o. Sp. k. will provide you with information on the action taken on your request within one month of receiving your instruction. If necessary, the deadline for your request may be extended for another two months due to the complexity of the request or the number of requests made.

- location data of the initiating device,
- technical data about devices (MSISDN numbers, IMSI numbers, IMEI or ESN numbers, S/N numbers of devices),
- type, date a nd time of calls or login to the software,
- number of calls made, data on the amount of uploaded and downloaded data.
