1. All correspondence sent by Tronik Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością Sp.k., including email messages and attached files, due to the potential inclusion of undisclosed technical, technological, organizational, and other economically significant information (know-how), as well as information protected by intellectual property rights, is confidential and intended solely for the designated recipient.

2. The information mentioned above constitutes trade secrets under the Act of April 16, 1993, on combating unfair competition, in relation to which Tronik Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością Sp.k. takes necessary measures to maintain confidentiality.

3. Any dissemination, disclosure, copying, and use of any information contained in mistakenly directed correspondence, without prior consent from Tronik Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością Sp.k., is prohibited and may constitute an act of unfair competition

4. The user, as well as any other person not being the rightful recipient of the message to which the correspondence was mistakenly directed, is obliged to promptly notify Tronik Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością Sp.k. of this fact and return the document or delete/destroy the email messages and their copies and records on all media.
